For over 15 years, I have been a practitioner of adult learning, people-centered strategy, and organizational development. I've poured my heart (and mind) into building leadership capacity and advancing our collective social responsibility. From my days in the classroom, where I designed creative and impactful lessons rooted in our neighborhood’s values, to leadership roles in organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, I've always believed in the power of people to transform communities.
